Parts Shipping Info & Policies

  • Carrier Claims: If there is a problem with your shipment or it appears to be lost, please reach out to us through our “Contact Us” area. We strongly recommend allowing us to open the claim on your behalf, as the shipper, so we can work directly with the carrier and involve our representatives to help expedite the process. If you choose to file the claim yourself, we may have limited ability to assist or influence the outcome once the investigation is underway.
  • Delayed Order: If your order is delayed due to an issue with the shipping courier (USPS, UPS, DHL (International), or LTL Freight), we're not responsible for any compensation due to issues amongst the couriers.
  • Damaged Order: If a product arrives damaged, you must keep the original box and packing so that we can schedule an investigation within the courier. All shipping couriers will not accept any claim if original box and packing have been discarded. You have 5 Business Days to report any issue or damages so we can properly claim it with the MFG or shipping courier.
  • Shipping Refunds Notice: Fixitguyboston.com cannot refund shipping charges for delays beyond the control of UPS/USPS/DHL. This includes but is not limited to: refusal or unavailability to accept delivery, natural disasters, acts of God, terrorism, war, customs delays, insufficient customer information, hazardous materials issues, government regulations, civil unrest, labor disputes, transportation or communication disruptions, and severe weather.
